Gifts for drama secret pal

The play my daughter was in had secret pal's the gal she has is one of the dancers, so I got abox and put a dino border on it. (she like dino's) and  photo book from the $1 store and added "Dance" to it. and filled the box with candy and gum and chi tea. (some else the other dancer likes)

and I had to put one more photo of Carlie (my Daugher) she is the one on the left and her secret pal is the one on the right.

Opening Night - Midnight Summer's Dream

Carlie (my youngest) was asked to dance in a play at a school in town. (a school that has more kids in one grade then she has in her highschool and Jr high school combined) The play was very good. They set was awsome. The show runs 4 nights. I hope to get better photos tonight. but I just had to show off a few today. I am so proud of her.

I had to take my youngest to dance at 2:30 yesterday so I was home by 3:30. I should have cleaned house but I did ART instead. I got the last 2 cards done from my kit. :(  here they are.

Cool tool

I was out yesterday shoping for some things to go in a shadow box for a memorial and I found this cool tool and my mom got it for  me as a thank you for doing this box.

  It is a Utility Bone Folder.A multifunctional bone folder does much more than just fold.

It also trims, embosses, and pierces .

There are even tweezers stored in the back for working with small embellishments. its from Martha Stewart. I have not used it yet, but I think it will be used alot.

Cinco de Mayo a little early

We were on the boat this weekend and had a party on the dock to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. (on sat) we had family and friends join us for great food and fun.

then on Sunday we went for a ride 7 mile up the river to the falls

the water was running preaty good I just love the sound it makes

this was our view for the day out the back of the boat, still alittle cool up there.

we even had a bald eagle join us.

I Thank God that I am able to have weekend like this.I enjoy it SO much.
