Tulip Card - Updated 4/17/10

If you downloaded befor 4/17 the cut file was not working sorry...thanks to a great follower I was told about it and got it fixed.

I had some time today to make a card. I wanted to do a spring one...
The tulips at my house have not even buded yet...their up but that is it...
